What this site is
bidmy.app is a public leaderboard of links. Anyone can submit a link and pay a whole dollar amount of their choosing. Listings are ordered by the total amount paid for them. There are two views of the same data: an all time board covering every payment ever made, and a today board covering payments made in the last 24 hours.
Position on this site is bought. It is not earned, voted for, reviewed or editorially chosen. Nothing on this site is an endorsement, a recommendation or a statement about the quality, safety or legality of any listed site.
Using the site
You may browse the boards without an account. There are no user accounts, no logins and no profiles. If you pay for a listing, the only thing tying the payment to you is the payment record itself and an optional email address for a receipt.
You agree not to:
- Submit a link you have no right to promote.
- Submit adult or sexually explicit material.
- Submit malware, phishing pages, scams or anything designed to deceive or harm a visitor.
- Submit content that is illegal where you are or where this site is operated.
- Attempt to interfere with the site, its ranking logic, its payment flow or its infrastructure.
- Use automated tools to submit listings or scrape the site at a volume that degrades it for other people.
Listings
A listing consists of a link, a title, a description, a category, a type and an icon. Links are normalised before they are stored: query parameters and fragments are removed, and known link shorteners are followed to their destination. Tracking and affiliate parameters will not survive this process.
When you claim a link for the first time you may edit its title and description and choose its category. When you top up a link already on the board, the existing title, description and category are kept unchanged.
You are responsible for the link you submit and for anything it points to, including anything it points to after you have paid. You confirm you have the right to promote it.
Payment and ranking
All amounts are whole US dollars, with a $1 minimum and no maximum. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. This site never receives, handles or stores your card details.
A rank is claimed by a completed payment and nothing else. Your listing appears on the board once Dodo Payments confirms the payment to this server. Starting a checkout and abandoning it charges nothing and changes nothing.
Ranking works as described on the Rules page, which forms part of these terms. In short: rank follows total paid, passing a listing requires at least $1 more than its total, ties go to whoever got there first, and an existing listing pays only the difference when it raises its total.
No refunds
Payments are final and are not refundable. You are buying a position on a public board and that position is delivered as soon as the payment clears. Being passed later by someone who pays more is how the site works and is not grounds for a refund.
If a payment is taken and no listing appears because of a fault on this site, write to contact@bidmy.app and it will be corrected or refunded.
Removal
The site owner may hide, deactivate, edit or delete any listing at any time, with or without notice, including for breaking these terms, for pointing at harmful content, for a legal demand, or for changing what a link points to after payment. No refund is due when a listing is removed for breaking these terms.
If you believe a listing infringes your rights or breaks these terms, write to contact@bidmy.app with the listing and the reason.
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics to measure how it is used. Visiting the site sends Google the page you are on, the page you came from, your approximate location and your browser type, and sets cookies in your browser so that repeat visits are not counted as separate people. By using the site you accept that this happens. The Privacy Policy sets out what is collected and how to refuse it.
Availability
The site is provided as it is, without any warranty. There is no guarantee of uptime, of continued operation, or that a listing will remain visible for any particular length of time. The site may change, pause or close.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, the site owner is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, including lost revenue, lost traffic or lost opportunity. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the total amount you paid to this site in the twelve months before the claim.
The site owner is not responsible for the content, conduct, security or availability of any site linked from the board.
Changes
These terms may change. The version published on this page is the one that applies. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. Changes are not applied retroactively to a payment already made.
